RN - ICU / ED Float Pool

About the Role

The float pool department plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital by providing a versatile and adaptable workforce. Float pool nurses are not simply valued – they're invaluable, providing crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages including boarders in the emergency department, step down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock down psych, long-term care and many more. This position provides nurses with variety, excitement with an ever-changing work environment. Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year Nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $47.73 – $89.59 per hour. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
