About the role
Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time, variable schedule Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU 10RP. This position is part of the Providence family of caregivers, known for their commitment to patient-focused, whole-person care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- One year of nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification (BLS).
- Current ACLS certification.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $41.74 - $82.41 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Variable schedule, 36 working hours weekly.
