PeaceHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our exceptional critical care team on a full-time night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). What You'll Do

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Monitoring complex patient conditions and responding quickly to changing needs
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Documenting care accurately and in accordance with professional and organizational standards
• Delegating and directing patient care activities based on team member qualifications and competencies
• Participating in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives
• Maintaining clinical excellence through ongoing education and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience (within the last 36 months)
• Demonstrated clinical competence in critical care nursing

Required Within 6 Months of Hire

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Pay

$45.78 - $82.98 per hour. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, training, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and seniority. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
