About the Role
PeaceHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our exceptional critical care team on a full-time night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). What You'll Do
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Monitoring complex patient conditions and responding quickly to changing needs
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Documenting care accurately and in accordance with professional and organizational standards
- Delegating and directing patient care activities based on team member qualifications and competencies
- Participating in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives
- Maintaining clinical excellence through ongoing education and professional growth
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience (within the last 36 months)
- Demonstrated clinical competence in critical care nursing
Required Within 6 Months of Hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Pay
$45.78 - $82.98 per hour. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, training, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and seniority. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
