RN House Supervisor - Nights

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) are integral in delivering compassionate and excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during assigned shift
• Create a healthy work environment promoting both team and individual growth
• Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by monitoring policies and procedures
• Act as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families
• Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and improve operations

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred
• Prior clinical management experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with clinical protocols and procedures

Pay

• $15,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule

• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Shifts run from 7pm to 7am
