About the role

The Shift Coordinator (House Supervisor) utilizes the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensures quality care is provided through the appropriate allocation of human, financial, and support resources.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates personal and professional accountability;
• Participates in creating an atmosphere of mutual trust, acceptance, recognition and respect;
• Assumes responsibility for own professional development;
• Serves as liaison to Administration, Nursing Leadership, Physicians and staff.

Requirements

• Unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license;
• BLS and ACLS;
• 3 years of clinical experience including 2 years of nursing management / charge experience;
• 2 years of critical care experience (CCU and/or ED) preferred.
