RN – House Supervisor (Med Tele) – Night Shift

Position Details

• 13-Week Contract
• Night Shift
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 36/48 Hour Rotation
• Schedule: Monday – Wednesday or Thursday nights
• Not a 7-on/7-off schedule
• Orientation with current supervisor on weekends
• Pay: $68 – $70 per hour
• Approx. $2,448 – $3,360 per week gross (depending on 36 or 48 hours worked)

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Previous House Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards required
• Strong communication and decision-making skills required
• MED Tele / acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital operations during night shifts
• Support nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities
• Respond to emergencies and staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and facility standards
• Maintain effective communication with staff and leadership
• Assist with clinical and operational decision-making
