RN Hospital Liaison - Boston

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, and community partners.
• Educate patients, families, and referral sources about hospice care.
• Manage a dynamic territory in Boston and South Shore.
• Conduct patient and family meetings to explain hospice philosophy and services.
• Contribute to patient eligibility assessments.
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold the highest standards of patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one (1) year of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance for frequent travel.
• Regular travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience specifically in hospice or palliative care marketing.
• Experience navigating hospital systems and discharge planning processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in healthcare marketing or outreach roles.

Pay

$105,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience), plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
