About the role
The RN - Hospice provides skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes, following physician prescriptions and nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Manage pain and symptoms
- Document care electronically
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end-of-life care
Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved nursing school
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred experience includes hospice or long-term care
- Strong assessment and communication skills

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
