About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Hospice RN for a 13-week contract assignment in San Marcos, TX.
Responsibilities
- Complete patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing symptom management.
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary hospice teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospice standards.
- Support patients and families through education, communication, and compassionate care delivery.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Recent hospice nursing experience required.
- Recent Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work an 8-hour shift anytime between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Required night and weekend on-call coverage
Pay
$51–$54/hour
