Responsibilities Include Assuming full nursing responsibility for patient care plansEvaluating and improving personal and team performanceAdhering to policies to ensure quality patient outcomesMaking independent, cost-effective clinical decisionsDeveloping and implementing care strategies to support physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual well-beingMaintaining patient confidentiality and demonstrating effective communication skillsProviding care for patients facing end-of-life issues with sensitivity and professionalism Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing programAt least 1 year of clinical nursing experienceCurrent Georgia RN license or multistate licensureCPR certificationValid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit Skills and attributes: Critical thinking, strong communication, ability to work independently, and compassionate approach to end-of-life care.
