About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, focusing on patient assessment, care planning, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient needs
- Initiate and adjust care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient responses
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers
- Provide education and discharge planning as needed
- Plan and evaluate patient care
- Ensure safety
- Document interventions
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Health certificate
- BLS certification
- PPD or Chest X-ray
- One year of prior RN experience is preferred
