Role and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes with a focus on one-on-one patient interaction
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Administer treatments and medications safely and effectively
- Collaborate closely with families and care teams to ensure quality care
- Educate patients confidently about their health and treatments
Qualifications and Skills
- Active RN license and current BLS certification
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in nursing
Key Duties
- Deliver personalized nursing care, respond to patient needs, educate, and coordinate with care teams in a low-interruption environment
Flexible options for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Available shifts include day, evening, and overnight. Care for adult and pediatric patients.
