About the role
Registered Nurse providing in-home care to adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and adjust care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to patient condition changes
- Provide healthcare education and discharge planning
- Deliver direct patient care
- Monitor treatment efficacy
- Coordinate care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality service
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Health certificate
- PPD or X-ray
- BLS certification
- Preferably one year of RN experience
