About the role

Per‑visit home health RN position with Bayada’s New England visits division, serving Woonsocket and northern Rhode Island. The role is with a for‑profit employer that does not qualify for PSLF.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine home health visits (approximately 1 point per visit).
• Perform admissions and OASIS visits, which are weighted higher in point value.
• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes as assigned.

Pay

Pay is per point (per visit), not per hour: $57 to $62 per point. A routine visit is about 1 point; admissions and OASIS visits are weighted higher. Payment is made weekly.
