RN Homecare - Pediatric

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collections, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

About the role

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Trimble, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available for DAY and EVENING shifts.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

• Evenings: Tuesday, Thursday 3pm-9pm
