About the role

Provide skilled nursing care in the home, monitor patient condition and respond to changes, administer treatments and medications, and work closely with families and care teams. Educate patients with confidence.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred

Pay

• 15–18 years old: 2:1 ratio, PICC line/G-tube care, Sun–Tue, 12–14 hour day shifts at $43/hour
• 17 years old: G-tube/Trach/Vent care, Sat 6a–6p, Wed–Sun 6p–6a at $35/hour

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts depending on assignment
• Adult and pediatric patient opportunities available
