About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes, primarily during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data; document diagnoses and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practicing state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
