About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home-based care for adult patients. Both day and night shifts are available.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions
- Coordinate care activities such as education, goal setting, and discharge planning
- Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
- Report changes in patient status to physicians or supervisors
- Ensure adherence to care protocols
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practice state
- Valid health certification
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- At least one year of RN experience (preferred)
