RN Homecare - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications
- Manage various patient needs such as wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration
- Create customized care plans to accommodate patient’s needs, preferences, and concerns, as well as special requests from their families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current state RN license
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in electronic charting systems

$30 - $35 per hour
