RN Home Infusion

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and provide central line care in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and care procedures.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and pharmacies to ensure seamless treatment.
• Monitor patients for potential complications and respond promptly.
• Accurately document care activities in the EMR while maintaining safety and infection-control standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure with relevant clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of infusion therapy, central line management, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field setting and collaborate within a care team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, documentation, and quality care.
