About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Home Health team.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current California RN license
- At least 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience
