About the role
We are looking for a full-time RN Clinical Case Manager. We prefer candidates with either 1 year of homecare experience and the ability to proficiently complete OASIS. We seek those special nurses with positive attitudes, proficiency, and warm hearts, and we are offering top-of-the-industry rates for it. Requirements
- RN license (Required)
- 2 years of RN nursing experience (Preferred)
- 1 year of homecare experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in completing OASIS
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- English language (Required)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend On-Call Rotation
