Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Health for a 13-week contract in Sylva, NC. Responsibilities Include: • Provide skilled nursing care during home health visits, including assessments, medication management, and care coordination. • Complete patient visits and collaborate with the care team to support patient needs. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete required assessments. • Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to provide patient care; Jackson and Swain County service areas. Qualifications: • Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Home Health field experience required. • OASIS documentation experience preferred. • HCHB experience preferred. Important Details: • Employment Type: Approximately 13-Week Contract • Start Date: 8/24 • Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40 hours/week • On-Call Requirement: Rotating on-call coverage (Monday 4:30 PM-Monday 8:00 AM) • Coverage Area: Jackson & Swain Counties • Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits • Pay Range: $53.00-$57.00/hour Interested?
