About the role

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Health for a 14-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.
• Complete skilled nursing visits and assess patient needs throughout the course of care.
• Provide patient and caregiver support and education as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home health nursing experience preferred.
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience preferred.

Schedule

• Assignment Length: 14-week contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
• On-Call Requirement: Yes, rotational on-call coverage
• Coverage Area: 60-mile radius around San Antonio, TX
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, mileage reimbursed between patient visits

Pay

$53.00-$57.00/hour
