About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide individualized patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery and contribute to a positive healing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise treatments and lead patient assessments.
• Create and implement care plans.
• Address patient concerns and celebrate milestones in their recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Support fellow staff with complex patient needs.

Requirements

• Valid RN license as per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
