About the role

We are actively hiring RNs, LPNs/LVNs, HHA/CNAs, for both full-time and part-time positions. Our team is dedicated to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Document patient care in accordance with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Licensed RN, LPN/LVN, HHA/CNA in the state of employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing compassionate care

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
