About the role

Heartland Hospice is seeking passionate, committed Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team. Candidates should be licensed in the state of employment and committed to providing patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and families in hospice settings.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Participate in on-site interviews and discuss potential career paths.
• Attend an Open House to meet the Heartland Hospice team and learn about the organization's culture, mission, and values.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Commitment to providing patient-focused care.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and families.

Pay

Competitive pay is offered for all associates (full-time, part-time, and per diem).
