About You

We’re looking for:

• Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN).
• Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) with a heart for compassionate care.
• Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.

Pay

• Register Nurse Case Manager: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00
• After Hours Care Manager RN: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00

Compensation may vary within the salary range based on geographic location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and department equity.
