RN - Graduate Nursing Admissions/Recruiting Officer

Responsibilities

• Recruit applicants for the Graduate Nursing Program.
• Welcome prospective Graduate Nursing students by participating in all steps of the enrollment process, including required paperwork, qualifications, campus tours, financial aid, and obtaining schedules.
• Provide accurate and adequate information about the Graduate Nursing Program.
• Aid students in choosing their programs of study based on professional judgment, test scores, high school, and/or college transcripts.
• Qualify applicants for admission who meet the college's stated admissions requirements.
• Utilize time effectively by making necessary phone calls, follow-ups, referrals, and other daily activities aimed at achieving departmental objectives.
• Contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of the admissions department by consistently performing tasks that support individual and team processes.
• Avoid overspending the approved annual departmental budget.
• Offer feedback to department managers on how to enhance the admissions department's operations.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Candidates must possess a valid PA RN license.
• Prior clinical work experience of two or more years is preferred.
• A solid performance record in a customer service, sales, or relational service role is desirable.
