About the role

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a registered nurse responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 16-bed monitored unit
• Manage complex therapies such as lumbar drain, ventricular drain, vasopressors, Bipap, insulin drips, and sedation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in cross-training opportunities
• Mentor team members and pursue career advancement within ICU settings

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or with a compact license
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
