About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, 36-hour Registered Nurse (RN) to support our team at 1 Parkway in Haverhill, MA. This position requires patient care and involves providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

This role does not accept experience in lieu of a degree.

Licenses and Credentials:

• Registered Nurse (RN - State License) - required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS Certification) - preferred.

Experience:

• Clinical nursing experience: 0-1 year required.
• Ambulatory care or outpatient experience: 1-2 years preferred.

Skills

• Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Schedule

Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is based in Haverhill on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and in Newburyport on Thursdays and Fridays.

Scheduled weekly hours: 36.

Pay

Pay Range: $38.71 - $55.23/hourly (Grade MGRNMETRO2).
