Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. They collaborate with residents, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They also coordinate care, assess residents, educate residents, and perform various nursing interventions. In addition, they may serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay & Schedule

• Salary range: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus available
• Full-time evening shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
