Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues—including providers—to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, applying age‑ and population‑specific standards for the assigned clinical setting.
• Provide care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessments
