About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities in a long-term care setting. This role includes assuming “Building Charge” duties as directed, ensuring quality care and compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing resident care
- Charting and maintaining accurate documentation
- Participating in staff evaluations and performance reviews
- Contributing to interdisciplinary team efforts
- Supervising nursing staff and activities
- Serving on facility committees and attending meetings
- Providing compassionate resident care
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Colorado
- CPR Certification
- Required CEUs
- Preferred experience in long-term care
