Responsibilities

• Supports the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents as assigned.
• Provides leadership and direction on assigned unit.
• Responsible for resident care functions including charting, documentation, and assessment.
• Participates in employee performance evaluations, determines staffing requirements, and makes recommendations to the Supervisor concerning employee counseling etc.
• Serves on, participates in and attends various committees and meetings of the facility to enhance interdisciplinary process.
• Assumes “Building Charge” responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee.

Requirements

• Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Maintenance of required CEU’s.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: $37.45-$44.95 per hour based on previous work experience PLUS earn $2.25 per hour night shift differential.

Schedule

FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT 6pm - 6am Thursday, Friday & Saturday, then every other Sunday 10pm - 6am
