About the role

The RN, Float Pool (SRU) is responsible for providing patient care within the SRU, which includes managing patient flow, ensuring quality care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform routine and specialized nursing procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay
