RN - Float Pool Resource Team

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Resource Team / Float Pool to deliver patient-centered, high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialized nursing care across various units based on patient needs
• Adapting to different clinical environments as a float nurse
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington RN license and BLS certification upon hire
• Experience or newly licensed with up to 12 months of practice
• Preferred: National certification in specialty areas
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
