As a Registered Nurse Float Pool RN, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn—whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care across multiple hospital units
• Adapt quickly to varying patient care needs and unit-specific protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Support unit operations and contribute to positive team dynamics

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
