About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Health plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will coordinate care across specialty and primary care teams, support providers, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
- Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, triage, and implement various nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards.
- Comply with the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as outlined by the American Nurses Association.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred).
- Currently hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

Pay
$29.50 - $44.50 per hour, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
