About the role
The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and delivers patient- and family-centered care. You will have the responsibility and authority to request and use governing resources, technological systems, and multidisciplinary experts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential nursing duties within the scope of practice.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
- Utilize administrative resources, technology, and clinical experts to manage and deliver patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in inpatient care (2-3 years required).
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Valid/current license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Telemetry experience required.

Pay
Hourly pay range: $39.27 - $94.69. Base pay is determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation elements may apply.
Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Scheduled weekly hours: 36.
- Work shift: Rotating.
- Work location: 81 Highland Avenue, Salem, MA (onsite).
