About the role
The Providence Clinical Academy is seeking applications for its RN Float Personnel Fellowship starting November 2, 2026. This program is designed for RNs who are ready to transition into a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience.
Responsibilities
- Experience a guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
- Apply specialized training to deliver world-class healthcare, focusing on patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- One (1) year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Qualifications
- Preferred National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
Skills
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in electronic health record systems and ability to work independently and as part of a team are also important.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $47.73 - $89.59 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
Schedule
This position is full-time with variable shifts to accommodate the needs of the clinical environment.
