Role Overview
Provide patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting, applying specialized training to deliver high-quality health services with compassion and human connection. Support the hospital’s mission by ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies
- Respond to patient needs and provide education and support
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum one year of nursing experience
- Preferred: Specialty certification
