About the Role

This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, including critical assessments, skilled procedures, and implementation of patient care plans. Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team is essential to achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Perform assessments and analyze patient problems using critical thinking to determine the need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
• Implement and modify patient care plans using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including nursing care coordination, patient and family education, and discharge planning.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary partnerships in patient care.
• Integrate ethical provisions in nursing practice, delivering care that preserves patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate progress toward desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Diploma of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Kentucky, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, within 90 days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, within 6 months.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification, within 12 months.

Preferred: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, upon hire.

Pay

$30.00 - $43.50 per hour.
