About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in Student Loan Assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
- Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical thinking skills to determine need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
- Implements and/or modifies plan of care using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including nursing care coordination, patient and family education, and discharge planning.
- Facilitates interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
- Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
- Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Evaluates progress towards attainment of desired patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (upon hire).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (upon hire).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification (upon hire).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (within 90 days).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (within 6 months).
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification (within 12 months).
Preferred Qualifications
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (upon hire).

Pay
$30.00 - $43.50 per hour.
