Job Summary
Sought is an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients across various conditions, including lifesaving procedures and chronic medical issues.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current Nevada Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications must be obtained within 90 days from date of hire/transfer
- ENPC must be obtained within 9 months of Hire/Transfer
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in an emergency department of an acute care facility preferred
- Minimum one (1) year acute care hospital Emergency Department experience required
Qualifications
Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the Emergency/Trauma clinical setting
Participates in organizational and unit-based quality improvement activities
Completes required competencies within the defined time frames
Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all members of the Health Care Team
Skills
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
