RN - Emergency - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with healthcare team members, and utilizes critical thinking, professional judgment, and independence to deliver safe, effective care.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinates care delivery, promotes health, and ensures patient safety.
• Facilitates collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state (required).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Experience in acute care settings (preferred).
