About the role
Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time Emergency Department role with a 26-bed unit serving the community 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
- Evaluate care effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Adhere to mission, values, and service standards
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced ED setting
- Collaborate with team members including patient techs, paramedics, and support staff
- Assess patient needs, evaluate care, and ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
Qualifications and skills
- Current RN or compact license
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific credentials

Compensation and benefits
