RN - Emergency Dept, FT, Nights

Overview

Full‑time night shift RN position in the Emergency Department at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Function within the framework of the organization’s policies and procedures while demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• New graduates of a nursing program are eligible (required).
• No experience required; 1 year hospital setting experience preferred for PRN positions.
• RN – Registered Nurse – Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure (required).
• Current BCLS – Basic Life Support certification (required).
