Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability, support a team-oriented environment, and adhere to organizational standards and values.
• Manage a 26‑bed emergency department that serves the community 24/7, with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4, supported by techs and other staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS (or obtainable within 30 days).
• Unit‑specific credentials as required.
