RN - Emergency Department, Full-Time, Night Shift

Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans. They operate within organizational policies, ensuring professional growth and accountability. The role involves maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities of assigned staff to deliver quality healthcare. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care from birth through the lifecycle.Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.Maintain standards of practice and ensure quality care.Coordinate and oversee patient care activities of team members. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.Bachelor's degree preferred. Work Experience No experience needed; new graduates eligible.Hospital experience preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles. Licenses And Certifications Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license required.BCLS certification required.ACLS and PALS certifications required for Emergency Department staff, to be obtained within specified timeframes.
